      • ABEONA: ABEONA consult bvba, a spin-off of IMOB, with its registered office at BE-3520 Zonhoven, Moverkensstraat 53, and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0551.862.890;

      • Website: The Route2school (‘R2S’) website of ABEONA and IMOB, www.route2school.be and derivatives developed and operated by ABEONA and IMOB;

      • Personal data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

      • Cookies: small data or text files that are placed on a computer or mobile device when visiting a website and are then stored.

    ABEONA and IMOB at Hasselt University strive to provide you with clear information about how cookies are used on the Website and how they are stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.) in order to make your visit to the Website more enjoyable and better tailored to your needs and preferences. ABEONA and IMOB do not link the data collected by cookies to personal data collected in other ways.

    5. Applicable law

    This Cookie Statement is governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any disputes relating to the processing of personal data and the Cookie Statement or any information contained herein shall be submitted to the courts of Hasselt, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction. ABEONA and/or IMOB may only be sued before the courts of Hasselt.
